The police violated the US Constitution in Pittsburgh while declaring the demonstrations during the G20 meeting as illegal.

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Nothing new here, the laws are being bent to the governments benefit year after year and the lines between what is acceptable and isn’t is getting very blurry.
