I wonder who are the “brilliant minds” in the EU that have decided to “assist” Ukraine in improving its gas pipelines without consulting with Russia, that is by the way the sole provider of gas to Ukraine. It doesn’t require to be rocket scientist to understand that without Russia’s gas the pipelines are useless.
The only other reason for rushing into such discussions, apart of the obvious political games is the financial gain of few.
Its either financial scandal , political game or both, in any case it is totally inexcusable and requires to be scrutinized by the appropriate bodies and the general European public.
